I have a little secret to share with you today. You might not have guessed this about me right off, but if I were honest with you, it's probably time you knew this.
Even though I'm a massive fan of country music, I REALLY L♥VE Meat Loaf!
Yes, I did spell that correctly! And, of course, there is a recipe over on the website, where you'll find this week's post for Mom's (My) Meatloaf with Attitude.
In the meantime, if you feel like rocking out while making this recipe, I’ve pulled together a Spotify Playlist with 10 Essential Songs for your cooking enjoyment.
Let’s Not Forget the Music
Because this is where I can jump off at a right angle from food from time to time, I couldn't help myself from taking a little side trip into what I'm listening to this week with the ten best songs of Meat Loaf, the Rock and Roller.

Some of these memorable songs include “Paradise by the Dashboard Light,” “Two Out of Three Ain’t Bad,” “I’d Do Anything for Love (But I Won’t Do That),” and many others.
Meat Loaf passionately embodied the character in each song, delivering unforgettable performances.
So, with Meat Loaf at the top of my mind, here are ten standout examples of this man's extraordinary talent and what I can't seem to get enough of in music and videos this week. In full disclosure, I’ve completely rewritten and slightly condensed this tribute to Meat Loaf from the poetic commentary found in the original article published in Rolling Stone that rounds up ten of the most essential songs this great artist made famous…
