Lemon Poppyseed Dressing

Like sunshine for your salad, Lemon Poppyseed Dressing takes five minutes to whip up, to wake up fruits and salads with a fresh zing of amazing lemon flavor!
small bowl
whisk
2/3 cup extra virgin Olive Oil
1/3 cup fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon sweet Onion (finely minced)
2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1/2 teaspoon grated Lemon Peel
1/2 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Summer Savory (dried)
Salt and pepper ((optional) to taste)
Add all ingredients into a bowl, wWhisk to incorporate.
Season with salt and pepper if desired.
To serve, drizzle over prepared salad.
